We are very happy as we felt warmth and comfortable staying in the hotel.

Breakfast is simple and delicious, location is near to market and Biff Square. Hotel room is cozy and comfortable. Staff can speak English very well.

Family room is slightly small for a family of 5. That's all.

Pleasant.

I like the proximity of the hotel to jagalchi, Biff. I like the heated toilet seat with bidet as we were there during winter. We stayed in the family room (2Q bed & 1 super S). Good size. Easy to get a taxi. Good sound proof. Can’t hear the sound of vehicles passing by (our room was 2nd flr beside the main road)

The shower room gets really wet each time we shower as there is no shower curtain or glass door separating the shower from other prt of the bathroom.

Nice and clean and close to metro station.

Close to metro station. Clean and tidy and daily serviced as well as fresh bottled waters provided.

Besides from initial check in, Reception staff often met with sombre expressions and no eye contact or welcoming hello during the remaining stay.

Family Busan Getaway

Good location. Walking distance to a number of places of interests and food. You can walk to Bupyeong, Gukje and Jagalchi markets. Also withing walking distance are 2 subway stations, Nampo and Jagalchi, and Busan Tower. There is also a direct bus, 1003, to Haeundae beach, 4mins walk to the bus stop from the hotel.

Overall, a reasonably priced and convenient place to stay when in Busan

Clean, directly across from largest street market in Busan and easy walk to other sites to see.

Front desk staff cool at times and bit noisy at night if window open.

Fantastic location, comfortable pillows, a glass screen between the shower head and rest of bathroom which was nice, also provided bottled water.

The room looked a bit dated compared to the photos but otherwise good

Comfortable spacious rooms. Great location.

Room was very spacious and comfortable, great location and staff were friendly, helpful and very professional

the room had a bit of a mouldy/ mildewy smell. I couldn’t see any mould on the ceiling or walls though so I assume a former issue. Got better when I left the window open. Aside from this the room was clean

Excellent service and location. Cosy and friendly staff .

Location is very convenient and close to all the places that we wanted to visit . Reception staff are very helpful. I forgot her name .. she is exceptionally courteous and supportive. She speaks good English and Chinese too.

I guess for the value is pretty good already .. not sure because we did not stay in other hotels to compare. Location is important and it is within our expectation.

A great place to stay for a long weekend in Busan.

The location was very convenient. it was a short distance by car from Busan Station. It was very close to a market and walkable to Biff square. They gave coupons for the cafe and it was really nice to enjoy fresh coffee with a croissant.

The bathroom wasn’t so clean as the shower curtain had black spots on it. Also the bathtub was quite small and short. There was a wait for getting our car out of the parking lot.
